By the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency of Turkey, titled:

CORRIGENDUM TO REGULATION ON MEDICAL DEVICES AS PUBLISHED IN THE OJLA EDITION 31499 (bis) OF 2 JUNE 2021

ARTICLE 1 – Under Article 1 of the Regulation on Medical Devices, replace points (b) and (c) of the fourth paragraph of Article 1 with the corresponding phrases as shown below in brackets, changing the word “point (l)” to “point (p)”, and “point (c)” to “point (b)” in its sixth paragraph, the words “in point (c)” to “in point (b) in its seventh paragraph, and for ”… governed by the Human Medicinal Products Licensing Regulation …” in the eighth paragraph, read ”… governed by the Regulation referred to in point (c) of the fourth paragraph”.
