Having due regard to the Presidential Communique with ref. 2020/1 on “the Transition Period of the UK’s Permanent Leave on EU Membership”, which was published in the OJLA Issue 31026 of 1 February 2020, addressing the transition period, and, with reference, in particular, to the part of the same Presidential Communique where it clearly states that “the Agreement on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community (the Withdrawal Agreement)” anticipates a transition period between the date of entry into force of that Agreement and 31 December 2020 , unless otherwise agreed by Parties thereto”:
