Bilindiği üzere tıbbi cihazların kayıt sürecinde 12.06.2017 tarihinde Türkiye İlaç ve
Tıbbi Cihaz Ulusal Bilgi Bankası (TİTUBB) kapatılarak yerine Ürün Takip Sistemi (ÜTS)
kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. “Optik Tıbbi Cihaz Firmalarının Hareket Bildirimlerine İlişkin
Duyuru” ile de optik ürünlerle ilgili tekil takip ve hareketlilik modüllerinin kullanımının
11.09.2017 tarihinde başlatılacağı bildirilmiştir. (As known, the old National Database of Pharmaceutical Drugs and Medical
Devices of Turkey (NDBPMDT) was abandoned and the new Product Tracking
System introduced to take its place for the registration of medical devices,
country-wide, from 12 June 2017. Afterwards, the “Notice Concerning Reports
on Movements of Optical Medical Devices by Suppliers / Manufacturers” made
it clearly known that the unique product identifier and mobility modules were
to be put in practical implementation regarding the optical products, as of 11
